This contract, initiated by WMAA Owner’s Reps Gardiner and Theobald and managed directly by WMAA, covered multiple scope areas.  The bulk of the contract covered the procurement, delivery and installation of $1.2m of owner-supplied gallery lighting and of $500k of owner-supplied theatrical lighting, the initial fit out of both the theater and film auditoriums, interim Theater Management to provide structure during commissioning and the design of repertory lighting plots in both the Theater and Film auditoriums.
