The flagship of Lincoln Center's Programming, under the leadership of Nigel Redden, Lincoln Center Festival was an annual international festival of large-format, multidisciplinary performances using the venues of Lincoln Center.
Over its 20+ year run, Festival premiered over 130 works and presented artists from every corner of the world. Festival '17 featured 46 performances from 20 artists working in Dance, Theater, Film and Music. Highlights included a 50th Anniversary staging of Balanchine's Jewels, danced by Paris Opera Ballet, New York City Ballet and the Bolshoi Ballet as well as a commissioned project with Improbable Theatre, performances by Cie XY and the US premiere of the Bolshoi's Taming of the Shrew.
As a member of Festival's 4-person executive producing team, I was responsible for the hiring and management of ~125 seasonal designers/production staff and ~200 union stagehands as well as negotiating complex labor CBA and direct oversight of ~$6m in annual budget. Also included in my portfolio was the long-term development, iterative budgeting and project management required to move ideas from pre-conception to performances.
